Our corporate office and primary BPO centre is located at 63/1/2B, Sarat Bose Road, 1st Floor, Kolkata - 700025, with a total of 2 disaster recovery sites all across the city at strategic locations.
The entire company, inclusive of all the sister concerns is staffed with a team of over 600 professionals possessing rich domain experience in their respective areas of work and having an understanding of local & overseas market, regulations, social customs and culture.

Mr. Kaushik Biswas - Managing Director & CEO
Mr. Kaushik Biswas, the founder of Thinktel Solutions, is a dynamic entrepreneur with a vision and has led Thinktel to be a world class BPO company.
After graduating in Commerce from the University of Calcutta, he started his career by joining GECIS, a division of GE and soon he made his mark in the BPO Industry working with other major Giants all across the country.
He moved back to Calcutta in the year 2003, when he identified an opportunity to start his own business in the outsourcing Industry. In the year 2006 he took the initiative to form A.K. Solutions, a self driven company.
His diversification endeavors and the ability to adapt to changes bears testimony to his entrepreneurial facet. Mr.Kaushik Biswas continues to use his skills in finance and his business acumen to provide leadership to Thinktel Solutions which he launched in the year 2009. Mr Kaushik Biswas is the driving force behind the vision and growth of the company.
Mr. Souvik Biswas - Director & CIO
Mr. Souvik Biswas is the Chief Information Officer of Thinktel Solutions.
With a Degree in Computer Science from Bangalore, Mr.Souvik Biswas has traversed a long way gaining world class knowledge and experience in IT, working with major IT Giants like HCL & IBM.
Mr.Souvik Biswas worked on the design, development and implementation of projects in the areas of value added systems for the telecommunication network, wide area networking, computerization of the electoral database with real-time embedded systems for Thinktel Solutions.
Mr.Souvik Biswas joined Thinktel and has actively contributed to the setting up of the technical infrastructure of the company. He is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day technology solutions that Thinktel Solutions provides to its customers.
